Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2 business days. If the return meets our eligibility requirements, your return request will be approved and processed accordingly.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
